FFA is a dynamic youth organization that changes lives and prepares
members for premier leadership, personal growth and career success
through agricultural education. FFA develops members’ potential and
helps them discover their talent through hands-on experiences, which
give members the tools to achieve real-world success. Members are future
chemists, veterinarians, government officials, entrepreneurs, bankers,
international business leaders, teachers and premier professionals in
many career fields.
The Newton College and Career
Academy FFA chapter has been ranked in the Top 1% of FFA chapters in the
nation for the last four years. Additionally, NCCA was named the
Outstanding Secondary Agricultural Education Program for Georgia in
2020. With over 200 FFA members, NCCA FFA is the largest CTSO at NCCA
with countless student awards and accomplishments awarded every year on
the state and national level. NCCA FFA is also the home chapter of the
current National FFA president, Doster Harper.
